Frequently Asked Questions

Here are the answers to some common membership and web site issues. If the answer is not here, then please use the Contact Us form and we will do our best to provide an answer.

A1 - Log into the member area (if necessary see A2 below) and you will find a link to renew your subscription if renewal is due within the next three months.

A2 - Click the LOG IN button at the top of this page and enter your member number or email address and password.

If you had a password for the old web site's member area then this should work to access the new member area.

If you did not have a password for the old member area but we have your email address (if you receive the monthly newsletter then we do) click the "Forgot Password" link on the login form. You will be sent an email with a link to set your password.

If the above all fail then Contact Us to tell us your name and membership number or address and we will sort it out.

A3 - Yes, provided you have a UK bank account - it is a great way to pay as you don't have to remember to renew each year.   CLICK HERE to print a form to send to us to set this up.

A4 - Either click the button in the Member's Forum panel at the bottom of the home page or log into the member area and click the Members Forum you will find there. Alternatively, Member Forum to go straight to the page. There is a link on the page to take you to the sign-up/sign-in form.
